Publications Operations Associate

Role: The Pubs Ops Associate supports the Global Scientific Publications team by managing operational workflows related to investigator-initiated studies, licensing, and pre-approval access publications. Responsibilities include routing and tracking publication submissions via Datavision, coordinating Author Master Agreements with external authors, maintaining congress calendar and QR code requests, and resolving technical issues with publication management systems. Requirements: High School diploma; at least 2 years in data entry, clerical, or document management roles; strong project management, communication, and relationship skills; detail-oriented with an understanding of quality and compliance environments; proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and electronic filing. Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in health, business, or finance; customer support experience. High-value: Focused on publication workflows within AbbVie's research, supporting pharmacology, immunology, oncology, and neuroscience areas, with an emphasis on document management in a GxP environment.
