Publications Operations Associate

Role: The Pubs Ops Associate supports the Global Scientific Publications team by managing workflow for investigator-initiated studies, licensing partner, and pre-approval access publications, ensuring proper routing, documentation, and compliance. Responsibilities: handle intake and approval routing via Datavision, coordinate author agreements and manage related tracking, monitor publication support inbox, create congress QR codes, and distribute contracts and documents. Qualifications: High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in health, business, or finance. Minimum 2 years experience in data entry, clerical, or document management roles demonstrating project management, communication, and relationship skills.
