Psychiatry Area Sales Manager - Arizona / Central California

Role: Area Sales Manager overseeing the psychiatry portfolio within Arizona and Central California, with a focus on brain health products. Responsibilities: lead, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team; set strategic and tactical sales plans based on market analysis; identify market opportunities, build strategic relationships with KOLs and advocacy groups; ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives; analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly; coach team members to meet sales targets and foster collaborative culture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; minimum 3+ years sales management experience in pharma/biotech or related fields (internal candidates require at least 1 year in Lundbeck or 2 years of sales success); proven leadership, communication, and financial management skills; valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 70% domestically; reside within 100 miles of territory. Preferred: CNS sales management experience, experience with varied call points (offices, mental health centers, hospitals), and prior collaboration with alliance partners or advocacy groups; experience with product launches.
