Responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products. Manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts in their assigned territory and represent Neurocrine brand(s) and their approved indications. This role also plays an important part in educating external customers such as physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, etc. and helping them learn about the benefits of our product(s).
BS/BA degree in science or related field and 8+ years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience highly desired. Specialty pharmacy and distribution experience is strongly preferred. Psychiatry, neurology or antipsychotic experience strongly preferred. The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $120,600.00-$174,700.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an incentive compensation plan with a target of $44,000.00 annually and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
