PST Specialist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services at Labcorp's Wichita, KS client office. Objectives: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for diverse patient populations, accurately process samples, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities: specimen collection, data entry, specimen preparation, billing and payment collection, maintaining logs, and supporting administrative tasks; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or >1 year experience in phlebotomy, accredited certification if no experience; ability to pass color blindness test; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and flexibly, including overtime. WorkSetup: onsite at Wichita, with potential travel; schedule Mon–Thu, 8:30 am–6:00 pm, Fri 8:30 am–12:30 pm.
