PST Specialist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing customer service at Labcorp in Warren, MI. Objectives include accurate sample collection for various tests and maintaining specimen/log accuracy. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, handle specimens, enter data, process billing, and support administrative tasks; may travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 months of phlebotomy experience, and proven customer service skills. Preferred: phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training. High-Value: specimen collection (venipuncture, capillary), multiple test types (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), data entry, customer service, flexible schedule working 8:00 PM-6:30 AM, travel as needed, and minimal supervision. Work setup: onsite in Warren, MI, with potential travel.
