Core responsibilities encompass performing venipuncture and capillary draws, managing specimen preparation, maintaining logs, and traveling to additional sites as needed. Collaboration involves working with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
Qualifications required: High school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency, or 3+ months of experience; ability to pass a color blindness test; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime.
Preferred qualifications: Over 1 year of phlebotomy experience, demonstrated customer service skills, strong communication, and capability to work independently or in teams.
