Role: Experienced Phlebotomist serving as an operations manager for Natera’s patient service center, overseeing blood collection procedures and phlebotomy program management. Responsibilities include verifying test orders, performing venipunctures, maintaining specimen integrity, tracking samples, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing equipment, and supporting program growth through staff training and vendor oversight. Requirements: minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience, high-level customer care skills, and a relevant certification; BS/BA preferred. Knowledge of mobile phlebotomy, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills essential.
