Role: Experienced Phlebotomist and operations manager overseeing patient blood collection and phlebotomy program at a designated patient service center. Main objectives include ensuring specimen integrity, maintaining compliance with regulations, managing workflow, and supporting center growth. Responsibilities: perform venipunctures, verify test orders, track specimens, maintain quality and safety standards, manage equipment and vendor relations, and oversee staff training and scheduling. Qualifications: minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience, high-level customer care skills, supervisory or management experience preferred, high school diploma required, Phlebotomy certification preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
