Role: Serve as a strategic liaison for Takeda's Promotional Review Management, coordinating cross-functional review of advertising and promotional materials to align with commercial strategies. Responsibilities: facilitate efficient review meetings, forecast review demand, manage high-priority projects, develop expertise in review processes (Veeva Vault), and drive process improvements. Stakeholder management involves supporting Takeda brand teams and reviewers across Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory functions, fostering collaboration and trust. Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years in project or account management; proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with advertising review processes preferred.
