About the role:
- Join as an Analyst, Promotional Review Management partner to serve as a strategic liaison across Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders to facilitate Takedaโs advertising and promotional material review process (PRT) and align PRT with commercial strategies and priorities.
How you will contribute:
- Coordinate and facilitate PRT review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with brand teams to understand commercial strategies, upcoming projects/events, and resulting advertising/promotional needs for development, review, and approval.
- Forecast PRT review/approval demand; build strategic relationships and guide collaborative decision-making.
- Manage a Review Track with Priority designation or maturing brands.
- Identify and implement PRT process improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrate leadership foundations (strategic thinking, innovation, collaboration, focus).
Accountabilities:
Project Management:
- Forecast PRT demand; promote prioritization based on business priorities, needs, volume, and complexity.
- Anticipate challenges; recommend solutions; track high-priority items and coordinate timely approvals.
- Communicate progress to meet timeline/quality standards; participate in Marketing Services meetings.
Process:
- Maintain PRT subject-matter expertise; support Veeva Vault (routing, approvals, production).
- Adhere to internal policies/SOPs and compliance/guidelines (e.g., branding and promotional material development).
- Share best practices; prioritize/multi-task; deliver training and serve as a resource.
- Share PRT metrics and recommend process innovations to improve effectiveness/efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with brand teams and support cross-functional review (Commercial, Medical, Legal, Regulatory).
- Build alignment across divergent views; strengthen partnerships through customer service.
- Encourage integrity/accountability; train partners on PRT process and expectations.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโs degree + 3 years in account and/or project management OR High School Diploma + 5 years.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience with advertising/promotional review process; marketing experience.
- Regulated operations experience.
- Experience with cross-functional teams.
- Veeva Vault experience.
Compensation and Benefits (if applicable):
- U.S. base salary range: $71,800.00โ$112,860.00 (plus possible incentives/benefits per role posting).
