Projects Planner

Role: Project Planner supporting Global Facilities at Illumina, focusing on facility planning, construction design management, and space optimization for lab and office environments. Responsibilities: lead feasibility studies, develop site master plans, coordinate renovations/new constructions, manage project budgets/schedules, and collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, validation, and change controls; forecast space needs; and support project documentation and contract management. Requirements: 2-5 years in construction/architecture/engineering, proficiency in reading drawings, project management, and design tools (Revit, CAD advantageous); Bachelor's/Master’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
