Position Summary You will support the communications team in Pakistan by helping plan and deliver clear, accurate messages for internal and external audiences. You will work with colleagues across functions to create content, cascade site on internal and global comms, support events, and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Support development and delivery of communication plans for internal and external audiences. Create, edit, and localise content for channels such as intranet, newsletters, social posts and briefing materials. Cascade global communications to local teams, translating and adapting messages as required to ensure clarity and local relevance. Generate internal local communications from global comms, ensuring tone, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency. Assist with planning, coordination and on-site delivery of events, town halls, and employee engagement activities. Oversee site‑wise display and maintenance of communications materials (notice boards, digital screens, posters) and ensure materials follow brand guidelines. Track and report on local engagement metrics and provide feedback to global and regional communications teams. Basic Qualification Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Pharma, Quality, Business, Media, Social Sciences or related field. Strong written and spoken English. Proficiency in Urdu is an advantage Comfortable using Microsoft Office and common digital communication tools. Good research skills and ability to summarise information clearly. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines. Team player with good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar). Familiarity with social media management or content scheduling tools. Experience supporting events or cross-functional projects.
