Project Manager - Tier 2 Major Capital

Role: Lead project delivery for large-scale capital assets in pharmaceutical manufacturing, focusing on medical innovation and supply chain expansion. Responsibilities: manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects ≥$10M from conceptual design through operational qualification, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence; communicate effectively with global stakeholders; develop safety/environmental plans; ensure compliance with policies. Requirements: BS in engineering or related field; 10-15 years of experience including 5+ years in capital project delivery within industrial/pharma settings; construction management expertise; willingness to travel or relocate; authorized to work in the US. Preferred: experience on projects >$10M, pharmaceutical manufacturing (including GMP, sterile products, APIs), project management certifications (PMP, PE), and foreign language skills; experience working abroad.
