Key Objectives/Deliverables
Project Management: Lead teams to deliver large programs of at least $10M USD or more in capital assets and/or support a workstream/node of a larger program of $750M or more. Safely deliver project objectives (safety, cost, schedule, quality) from front-end planning (conceptual design) through operational qualification.
Interface/Communication: Work from a regional distance from corporate headquarters while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Facilitate issue resolution, anticipate scope changes, and implement safely with quality, speed, and value.
Compliance: Lead/influence using a disciplined, structured approach aligned with company policies/procedures.
Safety/Environment: Develop/maintain safety and environmental execution plans; ensure compliance with safety/environmental policies, procedures, and work rules from conceptual design through operational verification.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field (or related to project management) or equivalent experience (10-15 years)
- 5+ years capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities
- Construction Management experience
- Willingness to travel or relocate outside home state/country
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas/work authorization.

Additional Preferences
- Project experience on >$10M projects
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (e.g., bulk API, sterile products, secondary packaging, devices)
- GMP manufacturing, LEAN, automation, construction quality, project controls, engineering disciplines, safety, scheduling
- Influencing capacity through people; work with little supervision from long distances
- Judgment/decision-making; effective written/verbal communication; influence without direct administrative responsibility
- Foreign language competency; PE or equivalent; PMP; experience living/working outside the U.S.

Compensation/Benefits
- Anticipated wage: $66,000 - $171,600
- Full-time employees may be eligible for a company bonus (based on performance)
