R&D Project Manager (Remote)
Key Accountabilities:
- Build project plans to forecast resource requirements across R&D activities.
- Manage stage gate activities, pulling together gate packs with input from involved functions and ensuring timely, cohesive delivery.
- Monitor and report research project activities, tracking deliverables and timelines across the portfolio.
- Monitor research activities, advising progress against agreed development timelines, reporting requirements, and milestone payments.
- Hold regular update meetings for project teams and R&D leadership.
- Support research teams with the establishment and facilitation of Pipeline Review meetings to manage the Telix pipeline and report status of key research projects.
Education and Experience / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with qualifications in pharmacology, biochemistry, or chemistry preferred.
- Qualifications or training in project management or business administration.
- 5+ years’ work experience in a project management role in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life science sector.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of project management principles and tools.
- Strong understanding of the drug development industry (drug/device/technology/etc.) and its commercial environments.
- Proven expertise in managing projects, timeline management, budget tracking, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
