Project Manager - Oncology

Role: Strategic Project Manager within AbbVie's Oncology Capabilities and Operations to drive organizational transformation and operational excellence. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional initiatives translating strategic priorities into actionable programs; develop and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices; manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives; foster high-performing, collaborative teams; influence stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and other functions; promote change management and adoption of new strategies; contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of project management assets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 5-8 years of relevant project or program management experience; PMP certification or specialized training preferred; knowledge of oncology therapeutics, pharmaceutical compliance, and commercial operations advantageous; strong leadership without authority, organizational, and critical thinking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Smartsheet; ability to manage multiple projects and travel ~10%.
