Clinical Research and Development
Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies, frameworks, and implementation plans.
- Lead design, planning, and implementation of strategic capabilities and organizational transformation initiatives across the Oncology portfolio.
- Develop and socialize concepts, recommendations, and prototypes to shape leadership decisions.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to drive Oncology-wide decisions.
- Champion adoption of new ways of working; navigate organizational change and build buy-in.
- Identify business needs/capability gaps and proactively mobilize stakeholders for improvement; promote a test-and-learn mindset.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation to completion: scope, plans/schedules/budgets, meeting facilitation, metrics/KPIs tracking, risk mitigation, and escalation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, internal/external regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Conduct retrospectives and capture learnings to refine standards.
- Foster high-performing, collaborative teams with trust, psychological safety, accountability, and inclusive participation.
- Develop scalable tools/methodologies/best practices (templates, playbooks, guidelines) and support selection/standardization of PM tools/software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; 5β8 yearsβ relevant project/program management experience.
- PMP certification or specialized training preferred.
- Preferred: oncology therapeutics/commercial operations knowledge; pharmaceutical commercial compliance/regulatory guardrails experience.
- Highly preferred: business transformations, sales/marketing enablement, innovation project implementation.
- Skills: lead without authority; high autonomy; cross-functional coordination; manage multiple projects; critical thinking/process improvement; stakeholder-ready communication; Microsoft Office/SharePoint/internet tools; Smartsheet strongly preferred.
- Travel: ~10%.
