Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cross-functional review and approval of advertising, promotional, sales training, and promotional labeling materials.
- Manage cross-functional team members and advertising agencies; provide open status communication.
- Provide tactical support and oversee material timelines through the U.S. Commercial MRP.
- Support consulting/training for teams uploading and approving materials in MRP.
- Manage the review process (promotional and non-promotional) and perform “Final Sign-off” on Veeva submissions.
- Validate metadata/review tier; determine need for legal/compliance and Editorial Quality Check; tag/add reviewers and update tiers; ensure sources files are uploaded for production vendors.
- Validate back-end approvals before routing to Regulatory Affairs for OPDP submission; oversee release of approved materials for distribution.
- Support withdrawals (inform inventory vendors), initiate updated package inserts, and trigger inventory updates.
- Project-manage 10–20 cross-functional team meetings (concept reviews, tier reviews, prioritization); create weekly agendas and document outcomes.
- Track and communicate process metrics; provide stakeholder updates; run reports to identify impacted in-market materials.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ project management experience.
- Understanding of MLR process/policies/systems; some understanding of Veeva/review systems.
- Experience with print/digital formats; pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communication, or related.
- Working knowledge: Adobe Acrobat; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; Veeva PromoMats; learn other tools as needed.
- English and Spanish required.
- Travel up to 25%.
