Project Manager, Libraries

Role: Library Project Manager overseeing project management and coordination for Twist Bioscience's gene mutant library and related businesses, including Site Variant Libraries (SVL) and Combinatorial Variant Libraries (CVL). Responsibilities: manage customer and internal communications, collate library design inputs, coordinate quotes and costing with fabrication teams, maintain databases (NDAs, quotes, orders, shipments), track work-in-progress, and provide project updates; ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO 13485 standards. Requirements: 2-3 years relevant experience in life sciences or related field, with >2 years in customer-facing roles; bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field; strong project management, communication, and customer service skills; high energy, positive attitude, and teamwork focus. Preferred: advanced degree or laboratory experience is a bonus. High-Value: biopharma library services, customer workflow management, ISO 13485 compliance. WorkSetup: based in California with salary range $99,000–$132,000 USD; eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
