Project Manager

Role: Project Manager acting as owner’s representative for large, complex construction projects in biotech or cGMP manufacturing environments. Primary objectives include overseeing project lifecycle from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards, and successfully closing out projects. Responsibilities encompass managing multi-contractor sites, writing commissioning strategies and SOPs, supervising commissioning teams, coordinating equipment logistics, and ensuring safety and documentation standards are met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or construction engineering; 4-9 years of experience in large engineering projects; 3-5 years within biotech or GMP facilities; proven track record in project management, commissioning, and construction oversight. Preferred skills include OSHA certification, familiarity with project management tools (ProCore, E-Builder, Prolog), and experience with lab or office systems such as HVAC, BAS, and utilities, ideally in GMP settings. Collaboration involves working with architectural, engineering, and equipment teams; reports to senior project leadership.
