Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage robust project plans (activities, resource allocation, timelines, budgets) to achieve product approval within scope and schedule
- Drive alignment to strategic objectives and ensure adherence to approved scope
- Proactively manage project risks (risk assessments, mitigation strategies, contingency plans)
- Incorporate eROI (Expected Return on Investment) into team decisions and communicate recommendations to governance bodies
- Facilitate business processes (operating plans, prioritization, budgeting, lessons learned, project closeout)
- Improve Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) processes, tools, and best practices
- Provide mentorship and coaching to project management colleagues (as needed)

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
- 5+ years of project management experience (strategic planning; translating strategy into execution)
- 3+ years in drug product development or manufacturing processes (cross-functional interdependencies)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
- PMP (or equivalent) certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of critical path, risk management, and decision analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-level presentations
- Leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Strategic, proactive risk/problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently; build cross-site relationships; manage multiple priorities
