Job Description
Project Manager, BESD provides business-critical operational support for cross-functional initiatives related to addressing external disruptions. Facilitates execution of business priorities and strategies and enables strategic decision making through project managing key milestones, governance, synthesizing key insights, meeting preparation, workshop planning, and contributing to high-impact leadership presentations. Supports stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, clear communication, and timely execution of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with core teams and stakeholders to align priorities, goals, and deliverables
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans
- Synthesize direction from multiple leaders to ensure alignment across BESD and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support workstreams; maintain trackers, decision logs, follow-ups, and execution plans
- Synthesize insights from meetings; drive next steps/deliverables, ownership, and timing
- Coordinate across workstream leads to resolve issues and advance work
- Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks, gaps, and dependencies
- Support leadership meetings (master calendar, preparation, deck reviews, pre-reads)
- Plan/facilitate workshops, meetings, and events; capture next steps and responsible parties
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Support sprints, pilots, and ongoing operational activities
- Maintain decision logs and document outcomes
- Identify, track, and submit financial documentation (budget requests, SOWs, purchase orders)
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience; experience in pharma (preferred), PBM, and/or commercial initiatives
- Strong organizational/project coordination; attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in developing polished presentations and materials
- Proven cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of project management and governance principles
- Analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
