Project Manager

Role: Construction Project Manager overseeing biopharma facility construction and engineering projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution. Responsibilities: coordinate project activities, manage schedules and budgets, review technical submissions, oversee contractor work, support start-up and handover of systems (HVAC, power, lab gases), and maintain documentation and quality standards. Requirements: bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management; 4–9 years in project management within biotech, chemical, or related sectors; experience supporting or managing capital projects in active facilities; familiarity with construction management software (ProCore, E-Builder, MS Project). High-Value: experience with biopharma manufacturing facilities, active operational environments, and systems like HVAC, steam, and lab utilities; strong communication skills; ability to travel up to 100%. WorkSetup: primarily on-site with client sites; travel dependent on project demands.
