Project Manager

Role: Project Manager within Amgen’s Process Development (PD) for late-stage pipeline and lifecycle management, focusing on integrating and executing PD activities aligned with business priorities. Responsibilities: develop and maintain project schedules, manage cross-functional teams, identify risks, facilitate decision-making, ensure interdependent activity alignment, and support process improvements. Collaborates with technical leads, global operations, and stakeholders, managing project communications, governance, and reporting. Qualifications: Doctorate or Master’s with 3+ years, or Bachelor's with 5+ years of project management experience; leadership experience managing teams or projects also required. Preferred: 10+ years in biotech or pharma, direct CMC experience, cross-functional collaboration skills, proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and strong interpersonal skills.
