Project Management & Strategic Operations Director

Role: Serve as the program lead for large-scale, strategic initiatives within Global Regulatory Affairs, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle management to deliver high business value. Responsibilities: drive program initiation, planning, solution design, and execution; manage scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation; oversee workstream/task leads; develop governance, resource plans, and vendor management; monitor and report on program performance; and foster adoption of best practices and emerging technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; approximately 10 years of experience in cross-functional project management, especially with large-scale initiatives; proven expertise in managing complex programs, stakeholder communication, and risk management; strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. High-Value: Experience with biopharma regulatory programs, including regulatory strategy, technology integration, or large-scale compliance projects; familiarity with GxP, cross-functional collaboration across R&D, regulatory, and operations; hybrid work setup with some onsite or remote work options.
