Project Engineer*

Role: Project Engineer managing capital engineering projects to support growth, cost reduction, EHS improvements, and facility renewal. Responsibilities: lead multidisciplinary teams (electrical, facilities, design, operations), oversee project scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, and communication; ensure project delivery aligns with expectations. Requirements: associate’s degree/technical diploma with 5+ years or bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or project management; experience with capital equipment, facilities projects, and technical software; familiarity with webline, extrusion, or inspection equipment is a plus. HighValue: focus on engineering projects supporting manufacturing/facilities; work location in Valley, NE or New Ulm, MN; up to 25% domestic/international travel; relocation may be provided. Work setup: on-site with travel. Additional qualifications include experience in private/public/military environments, proficiency in project management fundamentals, and ability to work in a matrix environment.
