Operations
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute capital and facility expansion projects for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing (facility upgrades, Hot Cell enhancements, automation initiatives, GMP system integrations).
- Monitor project schedules and budgets; support timely completion.
- Apply mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering principles to assigned projects.
- Support design/implementation of commercial production lines and associated systems.
- Contribute to process automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Help integrate engineering and business systems per corporate standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Support EHS and Radiation Safety compliance; foster a safety culture.
- Review/draft/revise technical documentation (SOPs, URSs, forms).
- Travel up to 15%; provide on-call support for critical equipment/system emergencies.

Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering (required).
- 3+ years engineering experience (preferably pharmaceutical industry).
- Project coordination/engineering support for capital projects (preferred).
- Ability to work on-site in a radiation-controlled environment.

Skills:
- Project management and cross-functional teamwork; presentation/reporting.
- Manage multiple priorities; attention to detail and time management; can interpret technical drawings/schematics/manuals.
- Ethical/professional; strong organization, interpersonal, communication; self-motivated, adaptable, effective under pressure.

Compensation:
- Indianapolis, IN: $82,236–$99,650 (plus potential incentives/stock based on eligibility).
