Project Engineer (Biotech Focus)

Role: Manufacturing Project Engineer supporting GMP bioproduction at Novo Nordisk's West Lebanon facility. Objectives: lead process and equipment troubleshooting, optimize production processes, and support plant expansion projects. Responsibilities: manage deviations, ensure validation compliance, participate in design reviews, coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives, oversee contractor activities, and support investigations and validations. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or related field with 5+ years' experience; knowledge of GMP, automation, and regulatory standards; strong communication skills; physically able to perform manufacturing tasks. Preferred: Master's degree and experience in large-scale biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing. High-Value: bioproduction, GMP compliance, validation, process troubleshooting, equipment optimization, cross-functional collaboration, on-site work, minimal travel (~0-10%). Reporting to: Sr. Manager of Project Engineering.
