Project Engineer - API Pilot Plant

Role: Project engineer supporting AbbVie's API Pilot Plant in North Chicago, focused on capital project management and technical support for process development and manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Responsibilities: plan and execute small to medium capital projects across equipment, facilities, and utilities; oversee project lifecycle including scope, cost, design, procurement, commissioning, and startup; provide technical troubleshooting and process optimization; support equipment qualification and plant improvements; ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
