Job Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and executing capital and facility expansion projects related to radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, supporting timely completion of key tasks.
- Apply fundamental mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering principles to all assigned projects.
- Support the design and implementation of commercial production lines and associated systems.
- Contribute to process automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in integrating engineering and business systems in accordance with BMS corporate standards.
- Help coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers to meet project objectives.
- Promote compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs and foster a culture of safety.
- Review, draft, and revise technical documentation (SOPs, URSs, forms) as needed.
- Travel up to 15% may be required.
- Provide on-call support for critical equipment or system emergencies during off-hours as necessary.
Education and Experience (Qualifications)
- BS degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Project coordination or engineering support experience for capital projects preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in a radiation-controlled environment.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Indianapolis - IN $82,236 - $99,650.
