Summary
Project Engineer supporting the ongoing expansion of Indianapolis operations, coordinating and executing capital projects for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing in a GMP environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and executing capital and facility expansion projects related to radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets for timely completion.
- Apply fundamental mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering principles.
- Support design and implementation of commercial production lines and associated systems.
- Contribute to process automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate engineering and business systems in accordance with BMS corporate standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Promote compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety; foster a safety culture.
- Review, draft, and revise technical documentation (SOPs, URSs, forms) as needed.
- Travel up to 15%; provide on-call support for critical equipment/system emergencies as necessary.
Education and Experience
- BS degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Project coordination or engineering support for capital projects preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in a radiation-controlled environment.

- Indianapolis: $82,236β$99,650 base range; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
