Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development of enterprise Brain Health initiatives (direction, operating models, structure).
- Develop positioning, messaging, and activation strategies across diverse audiences and channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Corporate Affairs, Commercial, Communications, Policy, Patient Experience) to align priorities and drive coordinated execution.
- Identify/oversee external agencies, vendors, and consultants; ensure quality deliverables and accountability.
- Translate strategy into executable plans across multiple workstreams, timelines, and interdependencies.
- Drive initiatives forward with urgency, rigor, ownership, and accountability.
- Contribute creative/strategic thinking for practical, high-impact execution.
- Support initiatives with domain understanding (neuroscience/brain health experience a plus).
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to scale activation approaches.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years relevant experience leading/supporting enterprise-level marketing initiatives; stakeholder alignment, narrative shaping, integrated execution.
- Director-level (or equivalent) experience in marketing, strategy, corporate affairs, or related.
- Strong marketing fluency (positioning, messaging, storytelling, integrated activation).
- Proven ability to build structure in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- Success leading through influence in highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
- Experience managing external vendors/agencies/consultants.
- Strong execution mindset; ability to move work from concept to delivery.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management.

Compensation & Benefits (highlights)
- $194,400–$235,561 (Princeton, NJ, US); additional incentive opportunities may be available.
