Operations
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage business operations and non-portfolio priorities for R&D and Global Medical DD&T (RDGM-DDT), including culture initiatives, process/operational excellence support, training coordination, and employee onboarding.
- Independently coordinate on-site logistics for RDGM-DDT events/face-to-face meetings (room planning/setup, catering, visitor access/welcome, AV/technology readiness) and serve as on-site point of contact.
- Provide project management support for business & culture initiatives: track milestones, follow up on action items, facilitate cross-workstream communication, and proactively identify/address needs.
- Support operational excellence and process design workstreams by collating metrics, maintaining process artifacts (including DAI framework), coordinating working sessions, and tracking milestones/action items.
- Serve as training coordinator: manage training curriculum with stakeholders and monitor training compliance.
- Develop/maintain RDGM-DDT operations information systems in MS Teams/SharePoint (e.g., org charts, headcount tracking, distribution lists) and keep sites updated.
- Coordinate onboarding, focusing on the in-person first-day experience (access/workspace readiness, resource requests, welcome announcements, new hire checklists).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5–8 years administrative/business operations or project coordination experience; exceptional project management skills; executive/admin assistant growth into operations/coordination role preferred.
- 2 years experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech/technology preferred.
- Experience with Takeda processes highly desirable.
