Role Summary

Program Manager, Product Management & Data Insights. BeOne seeks experienced professionals motivated to fight cancer, combining project management with hands-on technical expertise to lead cross-functional teams across the full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manages product management and data insights (PMDI) and/or digital solutions and engineering (DSE) department projects.
  • Ensures projects are managed on time within budget, with quality and sufficient resources.
  • Point of contact for other departments to initiate projects, ensuring alignment without duplication.
  • Provides regular metrics and risk registers to PMDI Leadership.
  • Provides project management for digital product and insights development throughout the lifecycle.
  • Provides regular updates on project status including risks and potential mitigation strategies.
  • Communicates cross-functionally to ensure understanding of department projects in other functions.
  • May review other departments’ projects for overlap, impact, and consistency.
  • Facilitates Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos and Sprint Retrospectives – full Development Life Cycle.
  • Partners with the Product Owner and/or Product Manager to ensure backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team.
  • Drive risk identification and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Ensure risks and issues are proactively communicated/escalated to appropriate levels.
  • Monitor the flow of work (User Stories) and coordinate within the team to determine optimal work intake and flow in delivery.
  • Facilitate team for better creativity and improve efficiency of the development team.
  • Provide input and assistance for the creation and management of project plans during an implementation and/or ongoing operational effort.
  • Work with product managers and engineering teams during implementations to create a single program plan across all workstreams.
  • Remain self-motivated with ability to handle multiple high-priority demands, manage expectations, and achieve objectives.
  • Able to handle large scope and high complexity within agile teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or Master’s degree with 4+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. Project management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead global, cross-functional matrixed teams with independence.
  • Understanding of clinical data collection, programming, and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to proactively engage stakeholders, manage conflicts and negotiations, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet.
  • Understanding of global drug development and program management processes.
  • Understanding of ICH and regulatory environment as it pertains to Statistics and Data Science.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more data collection systems.

Education

  • As listed in Qualifications (Bachelor's with 5+ years or Master's with 4+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry).
