Program Manager, Preclinical & Early Development

Role: Program Manager supporting early development and partnered IND-enabling programs in biopharma, focusing on integrated project planning and governance. Responsibilities: build and maintain cross-functional project plans, coordinate timelines and dependencies across research, translational sciences, CMC, clinical, and regulatory teams; facilitate governance meetings, track decisions, risks, and action items; support program resourcing and forecasting; develop tools and processes for project management. Requirements: Master’s in life sciences or related field; 7+ years in biotech/pharma project management covering discovery to early clinical stages; experience in integrated planning, cross-functional facilitation, and managing external collaborations; strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: background in immunology, oncology, or clinical pharmacology; PMP or similar certification; experience with alliance management and governance structures.
