The Program Manager, Infusion Services, Gastro serves as the strategic business lead for the SKYRIZI Infusion Service Network (ISN). Develop and direct program strategy; conduct performance evaluation and ROI assessment; deliver recommendations to senior leadership to optimize the ISN program and related infusion initiatives.

Primary cross-functional liaison among Trade ISN program services, Market Access APEX, and the Gastro Account Manager (GAM) National field team. Oversee end-to-end quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with ISN accounts (agenda design, data compilation, presentations, and action-item follow-through). Ensure QBRs are metric-driven and patient-outcome focused. Develop or oversee additional evaluation tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for ongoing program assessment and benchmarking.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead strategic oversight and accountable business ownership for ISN direction, performance standards, and growth.
- Evaluate ongoing program performance (ROI, operational metrics, business impact) and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Identify and recommend program enhancements/process improvements aligned with commercial priorities.
- Ensure seamless information flow and coordinated execution across stakeholders.
- Communicate program findings and recommendations with executive presence.
- Partner with legal/compliance/regulatory to ensure activities adhere to policies and laws.
- Support change management and adoption of new strategies/tools/processes.

Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree; 5–7 years progressive experience in commercial strategy, program management, market access, trade, or related pharma/biotech/healthcare function; demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs; ability to influence in a matrix; strong executive presence; exceptional written/verbal communication; strong analytical acumen.
- Preferred: MBA/MHA/MPH or related; experience in infusion services/specialty pharmacy/clinical-commercial environment; familiarity with market access/trade/specialty account management; experience with national field sales/account teams; knowledge of patient services program infrastructure.
