Program Manager

Role: Program Manager overseeing Strategic Planning, Operational Excellence, and Transformation within Amgen's Regional Diagnostic & Quality functions. Responsibilities: partner with senior leadership across Precision Medicine Diagnostic & Supplier Quality, Safety & Medical Quality, and Data Analytics; develop and execute strategic priorities; coordinate governance, meetings, and organizational initiatives; support transformation projects; and enhance organizational effectiveness through standardized processes and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years, Master's with 2+ years, or relevant experience; strong program management, organizational, and communication skills; experience supporting leadership teams; proficiency with collaboration tools; preferably with biotech/pharma industry knowledge.
