Role Summary

Program Manager Digital Patient Services - Branded is responsible for leading the transformation of Managed Patient Programs (MPPs) to significantly improve patient access and outcomes across a global healthcare ecosystem. Location: Cambridge, MA; Morristown, NJ. You will coordinate all MPP activities across global and local markets and with partner organizations, delivering structured program management and proactive, transparent communication to internal and external stakeholders to advance patient health.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Facilitate effective cross-functional teamwork to ensure alignment and program success
  • Create an environment that promotes knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving
  • Drive consensus and resolution across diverse teams and organizational cultures
  • Establish clear communication channels and protocols across all program stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling presentations and status updates to various audience levels
  • Ensure transparency through regular and structured reporting of program progress
  • Facilitate productive dialogue between internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries, may include consulting experience with top-tier firms
  • Experience: 7+ years of program management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience: Demonstrated track record of successful program delivery and stakeholder management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field required
  • MBA preferred
  • Project management certification preferred
