Program Manager

Role: Program Manager responsible for leading SAP enterprise initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformations; establish governance, manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications; coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners; ensure compliance with pharma regulations, validation, and quality standards; support organizational change management and user adoption. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences; 10+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device industry, with at least 5+ years managing large-scale SAP projects, including S/4HANA transformations; experience with cGMP/FDA-regulated environments; proficient in project management tools (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet); strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills; PMP certification preferred.
