      Role Summary
 Program Management Lead – Content Transformation. The PMO Lead - Content Transformation will provide program-level planning, integration, and governance across Global Commercial Capabilities (GCC)’s Content Transformation initiatives, including Data Privacy & Measurement and Content Production & Deployment. This leader will lead a group of related projects as a cohesive program to realize outcomes and benefits not attainable through individual project management alone, overseeing the delivery of new enterprise capabilities and an aligned operating model.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - Governance and Senior Leadership Support: Lead integrated governance across transformation, provide senior leadership with weekly status and insights, partner with executive sponsors, and drive decision-making cadence through structured governance forums.
 
  - Planning and Program Oversight: Oversee cross-functional delivery across multiple transformation workstreams, facilitate cross-synchronization sessions, maintain program documentation, anticipate resource needs, and lead quarterly MVP planning sessions.
 
  - Financial & Resource Management: Lead program-level financial governance, prepare and document financial approvals, track budget burn and resource allocation, and coordinate with Finance.
 
  - Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish standardized KPIs and dashboards, define measurable success indicators, translate data into leadership insights, and support reporting to the Portfolio Management Office and quarterly business reviews.
 
  - Change Management & Communications: Develop program-level change management strategies, align messaging across workstreams, and craft executive narratives communicating outcomes and decisions.
 
  - Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Maintain risk registers, conduct retrospectives, ensure consistent PM standards, and foster operational rigor and proactive problem-solving.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - Basic Qualifications:
  
  - Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience in program or portfolio management (enterprise transformation or PMO leadership preferred)
 
  - OR Master’s degree and 5 years of experience (enterprise transformation or PMO leadership preferred)
 
  - OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience (enterprise transformation or PMO leadership preferred)
 
  - OR Associate’s degree and 12 years of experience (enterprise transformation or PMO leadership preferred)
 
  - OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience (enterprise transformation or PMO leadership preferred)
 
  
   
  - Preferred Qualifications:
  
  - Master’s degree in Business, Technology Management, or Organizational Leadership
 
  - PMP, PgMP, or PMO-CP certification
 
  - Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated global industries
 
  - Familiarity with enterprise transformation frameworks, Agile delivery, and data-driven performance measurement
 
  - Experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning business, data, and technology
 
  - Governance operations, partner engagement, and executive reporting expertise
 
  - Proficiency in financial oversight, vendor management, and forecasting
 
  - Strong analytical skills for designing and interpreting dashboards
 
  - Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence in matrix environments
 
  - Experience collaborating with global centers or offshore delivery teams
