Program Leader, MRD

Role: Lead the strategic vision and development of Roche's MRD (Minimal Residual Disease) program, overseeing product roadmaps and enterprise initiatives in molecular diagnostics for cancer. Responsibilities: manage cross-functional teams across Roche Diagnostics, Pharma, and FMI to deliver on long-term platform and portfolio solutions; establish strategy, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with clinical, regulatory, and market needs; manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications; coach talent, remove roadblocks, and facilitate decision-making at senior levels. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or business; 15+ years in life sciences industry with 10+ years in biotech product leadership, including 5+ years in NGS markets; strong experience in clinical diagnostics development and cross-functional enterprise leadership. Preferred: advanced degree; detailed knowledge of NGS, PCR, and regulatory landscapes; global diagnostic market experience; proven strategic problem-solving and team-building skills; enterprise mindset and Agile working approach.
