Program Coordinator - Schenectady, NY/ On Site

Role: On-site Biomedical Service Supervisor leading customer relationships and technical service delivery at assigned healthcare facilities. Objectives: ensure service excellence, meet contractual obligations, and maintain equipment safety and performance. Responsibilities: prioritize service tasks, assign and oversee technical personnel, assist with employee evaluations, manage service escalations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. May support technical instruction and manage vendor/supply processes. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field plus 4+ years of medical equipment servicing, or equivalent military experience; or high school diploma with 6+ years of experience. Leadership experience is required, including supervising technical teams and resolving customer issues. Skills: strong communication, technical troubleshooting, and proficiency with digital documentation tools. Physical and travel readiness is necessary, including a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel outside the region.
