Role: Service Site Leader responsible for managing customer relationships, service delivery, and technical support of medical equipment at assigned healthcare facilities. Objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, and service quality. Responsibilities encompass prioritizing service tasks, supervising technical staff, assisting with employee evaluations, and managing vendor and inventory processes. The role involves on-site leadership, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and technical instruction to hospital personnel. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field plus 4+ years in medical equipment servicing; or military equivalent; or High School diploma with 6+ years of experience. Must have at least 4 years as a biomedical technician and 1+ year of team leadership. Strong communication skills, proficiency with electronic documentation tools, and willingness to travel are required. Preferred: Experience managing customer accounts, financial oversight, and familiarity with healthcare quality standards and safety protocols. High-Value: Focus on medical equipment service in healthcare settings, with responsibilities including regulatory compliance, quality management, and technical instruction. Work setup involves on-site leadership; travel outside the region is expected.
