Purpose:
The Program Compliance Analyst (PCA) is responsible for monitoring and reconciliation to ensure data is accurate and compliant with 60+ individual country policies and AbbVie OPPFs, procedures, and CFMs for all activity excluding top tier Congress activity. Responsible for successful close-out of activities, ensuring financial, transparency, and compliance accuracy of all costs and activity for events planned within AbbVieβs Business Service Group (BSG) or by Third Party Vendors, as required by country-specific federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with US and country-specific laws and company policies for interacting with global HCPs, HCOs, and patients.
- Ensure correct Transfer of Value (TOV) reporting to reportable HCPs and Teaching Hospitals (HCOs) for US and OUS activity; support HCP dispute resolutions.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines with accurate data.
- Implement/maintain monitoring policies and procedures; keep documentation audit-ready.
- Maintain knowledge of Sunshine Act and global transparency reporting requirements; assess data quality issues.
- Act as a transparency resource for day-to-day inquiries; determine best course of action.
- Research/resolve invoice discrepancies; correspond with vendors; produce monthly reports; support month-end closing and audits.
- Serve as Event Tool Management liaison for reporting processes.
- Expert in system of record meeting management and contracting tools.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel; extreme attention to detail; proficient MS Office.
- Knowledge of finance/accounting practices.
