Professional Education Manager

Role: Professional Education Manager responsible for developing and executing educational programs to enhance healthcare provider knowledge within the aesthetics and medical device portfolio. Responsibilities: design curriculum, manage training sessions, workshops, speaker programs, and advisory boards; collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and Sales Training teams; oversee faculty, vendors, budgets, and logistics; evaluate program effectiveness; ensure regulatory compliance; support product launches with education strategies. Requirements: bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in professional or medical education, preferably in aesthetics or medical devices; strong communication, presentation, and project management skills; experience with LMS platforms.
