Role: Professional Aesthetics Associate, a developmental sales position aimed at career progression with potential territory expansion. Responsibilities: achieve/exceed sales and developmental goals across the Pacific Northwest through executing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, providing market insights, maintaining a sales pipeline, performing customer calls, and representing Revance professionally. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 1 year of sales experience; preferred 3+ years in pharma, device, or healthcare sales, especially in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery; experience with launches, buy-and-bill, or cash pay models; strong business acumen, resilience, and presentation skills; consultative sales training. High-Value: focus on aesthetics, dermatology, therapeutic injectables, or medical devices; launch experience; extensive travel (75-90%); potential for future relocation.
