Productivity Solutions Leader - Transformation & Business Operations (Chief of Staff)

Role: Lead the strategic transformation of a global software organization within Agilent’s Productivity Solutions Division, focusing on platform modernization, AI adoption, and operating model evolution. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end transformation, manage change across engineering and business units, drive AI-enabled initiatives, streamline operating rhythms, and ensure risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders, prepare executive updates, and support operational planning with finance and HR. Success metrics include faster decision-making, measurable AI impacts, and milestone achievement over 12 months. Requirements: 10+ years in software/tech, hands-on experience in software engineering, program management, or engineering operations, with a track record of complex transformations. Knowledge of modern software development, CI/CD, AI, and experience in regulated environments preferred. Strong leadership without direct authority, proficiency in delivery metrics, and experience working across global, matrixed teams essential. Preferred: experience in life sciences, GxP software, AI programs, or as a chief of staff or TPM. Work setup: hybrid in Santa Clara, with up to 25% travel to Germany and Australia, some flexibility required across time zones.
