Productivity Solutions Division (PSD) Strategic Portfolio & Project Management Director

Role: Lead the PSD PMCoE at Agilent, overseeing enterprise software project portfolio, governance, and strategic initiatives supporting the Productivity Solutions Division. Responsibilities include managing a remote team of project managers, facilitating project prioritization, resource planning, and ensuring delivery of Lifecycle and Business projects aligned with company objectives. The role involves stakeholder engagement, process standardization across the division, and supporting strategic planning activities. Requirements: 10+ years' experience in large-scale project and portfolio management, with 5+ years in leadership roles within complex, matrixed environments. Proven expertise in software development projects, Agile methodologies, and program management frameworks (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma). Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred. Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma are advantageous. Experience in life sciences, laboratory, software, SaaS, or informatics industries is preferred. The position reports to the Associate VP of Strategy & Business Operations CoE, with a flexible remote work setup and 25% travel.
