Productivity Solutions Division (PSD) Strategic Portfolio & Project Management Director

Role: Lead the PSD PMCoE at Agilent, overseeing portfolio governance, project execution, and strategic software transformation initiatives within the PSD division. Responsibilities include managing a remote team of project managers, facilitating project prioritization and resource planning, and supporting organizational growth and strategic planning efforts. The role involves ensuring project delivery aligned with best practices, mentoring staff, and fostering stakeholder collaboration across global sites. Required qualifications encompass 10+ years in project/program management of complex portfolios, experience leading large PMOs in multinational settings, and expertise in software development and Agile methodologies. Preferred skills include PMP, Six Sigma, or Scrum certifications, and familiarity with the analytical life sciences, laboratory, or informatics industries. The position reports to the AVP of ACG Strategy & Business Operations CoE and involves 25% travel. The work setup is flexible, with options for remote or on-site work.
